PULP, HECK YEAH.

Untitled

If I had another blog, I'd probably write this post on there, but since I don't this will have to do. I really hate to bore you and talk about a concert, but I can't help it. It's funny, I always say to myself "oh I'm not a concert person, I hate crowds," but in reality I think I am if I love who I'm seeing. On Wednesday we drove down to New York to see Pulp. It was one of two reunion concerts at Radio City Music Hall (there are a few more over the next few days in California). It's and understatement to say how amazing it was. Pulp is the only music group I have consistently loved for the past fourteen years. Most of the songs they played were off their most well known album, Different Class - though I was particularly thrilled to hear this one and this one. What's so odd is that I think that I like them even more after the concert. Even more than the music, I think I liked hearing Jarvis' little anecdotes, throw chocolate bars at the audience, and the neon signs in the beginning asking if we'd like the see a dolphin. Also, I think it was a nice touch to have a music playing from the Wickerman before the show started. Well done, Pulp.

And here are some other random pictures I took, my favorite being the one of the man with the tame pigeon on his head. Cocoa is always on our heads, so I felt I could relate.
