A few things to make the cold weather more bearable - a perfect chambray shirt and a diptyque candle. I'm a bit picky about scents, but you can't really go wrong with diptyque. I'm so glad I decided to get one of these little guys, worth every penny - I had trouble deciding between cypres and figuier, but cypres was definitely the right choice.

I want to smell all of the diptyque candles in person!

diptyque is definitely worth every penny! for winter i love 'pomander,' which is a rich spiced orange clove scent. 'baies' for every day.

how is the fit on the madewell chambray? i'm usually a 4 in jcrew button downs--is the fit similar?

angela- me too! it's so hard picking scents just online, it's fun to go in person whenever i get the chance.

erica - oh good i'll have to try smelling that one next time i'm near them - which may be tomorrow because i think i've almost used up my little one! the button down runs pretty big. i got the xs and it still feels pretty roomy & loose.

kika - good, glad to let you know :)

I love my Madewell chambray. Full disclosure: I think I may wear mine at least 3-4 times a week. Kinda gross, I know, but it is such a great shirt!

I'll have to look for the Cypres candle. I'm not normally the type to splurge on candles, but I just got the Feu de Bois candle and am pretty impressed with it.
