I keep thinking I'm going to be getting back to work & in the swing of things and then I get distracted. I may have mentioned her before, but I have a cockatiel named Cocoa who has been with us since she was a baby - making her somewhere around 14 or 15 years old. Up until now I have lived in a few different places in Boston and none of them have allowed pets, so she has stayed at home in Connecticut with my parents. This is the first apartment I've lived in that allows some pets - so on Tuesday my Mom drove her up here and she has been chirping and tweeting non stop. It's funny because she really only likes me and knows instantly when I walk in the door. I'm really excited to have her here and now have talkative company during the day.
