jar clay studio

I find myself more drawn to going to the pottery studio these days than sewing. Obviously it's because it's new to me and therefore exciting; I love doing new things.  I'm thinking that maybe in a month or so I might test some waters and put a few pieces in my shop, but I'm not sure yet.  Let me know what you think!

In other news, my hand is feeling a lot better this weekend!  And for even more good news, (for those of you who have been reading for a while now) my eyes have been stable for almost a years time without any new blind areas and I've been medication free.  I'm very happy about this.

Julia, this is all so good to hear! you're great at buckling down & learning a new skill. I really like the style of the lid, very simple & subtly distinct

so envious that you're doing ceramics these days. that was my favorite class in college...

also, glad to hear about your eyes. what a relief to be medication free!

sorry for being so absent, health issues and overwhelming work schedule has turned me into a recluse...
