I recently stumbled across Aria olive oil, and it has become my new obsession. If I was only going to eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be this olive oil. I don't know too much about food or cooking, but I do enjoy eating good food and I've found that adding this olive oil to pretty much anything adds a little something extra. Available for purchase at your local "foodie-food" store, as Mr. Safran Foer would say.
