woven tote : in the shop now

I found some amazing black and white African woven fabric at the store a few weeks ago and picked up the last yard of it. Just enough to make two of these totes. (One of which is a sample - one of the welt pockets is a bit crooked - but the other one is just fine.) The inside of the totes are lined with a natural handwoven jeancloth that has a thick weave. In the shop now!

ahh! i'm so behind in responding to the comments, thank you so much everyone for your kind and sweet notes - i really appreciate each and everyone and they make my day - seriously.

unfortunately i'm completely out of this fabric and i'm pretty sure the store i got it from is too - but next time i go i will check - who knows, maybe there will be something else that's similar :)
