I'm more than ready for this season to be over. I can't wait to break out bright colors and toss my winter coat into the closet for good. Therefore of course I've been having a really fun time working on new designs with brightly colored lambskins. I'm hoping to make a few of these new bags in different colors and just use lambskin for this style. Lambskin is always such a treat to work with, you end up with such soft pieces you don't want to stop touching them. Does that sound wrong? You know what I mean though.
*n.b. : The red looking purse is actually a nice light colored coral leather - my camera just hates taking pictures of anything with a hint of red in it. Of course I'm sure it didn't help that I took the picture when it was dusk - but I was too impatient to wait until next week to take a picture.
